Michael Fertik Founder and Chairman of CNM, lives in Louisville, Kentucky, where he recently finished a clerkship for Chief Judge Danny J. Boggs of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. While in college in 1999, he started an enterprise class software company, raising $7 million from leading venture capital funds and building the business to more than thirty employees with public and private customers in North America and Europe. Michael is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Law School. He is proud to be a Kentucky Colonel.

Michael Sachse, Founder and Vice Chairman of CNM, is an attorney at Patterson, Belknap, Webb & Tyler in New York. Prior to joining Patterson, Michael clerked for Chief Judge Edward Korman in the Eastern District of New York. Originally from Washington, DC, he has been involved in local and national political campaigns since high school. Michael is a graduate of Harvard Law School and Amherst College. He lives in New York City.

Ross Chanin is a writer and civic advocate. In 2004, he was a member of the John Kerry for President speechwriting team. He has also worked as a Research Analyst at the Center for the Study of the Presidency's (CSP) NATO/Homeland Security Project Group, where he was a Presidential Fellow. He is a 2004 recipient of a Coro Fellowship in Public Affairs and a New York City Urban Fellowship. Ross has been affiliated with Big Brother/Big Sister of America. He has studied at Stanford Law School and the University of Pennsylvania, where he founded the Unity Coalition, an organization of student leaders working to combat racism. Ross now lives in Stanford, CA and is originally from New Jersey.

Andrew Dennington is an attorney at Conn Kavanaugh Rosenthal Peisch & Ford, LLP in Boston. Prior to law school, Andrew worked on Capitol Hill as a legislative assistant to Representative Zoe Lofgren of California. While in Washington, he also developed expertise in health care policy working as a researcher at George Washington University's School of Public Health. He is a graduate of Boston College Law School and Columbia University and has also written for The New Republic Online.

Alex Laskey lives in San Francisco where he works in film and politics. Alex's recent political experience has included work in Iowa and California on Howard Dean's Presidential Bid and as campaign manager for Nick Waugh in his 2004 race for the Board of Supervisors in San Francisco. Previously, he did press and travel office advance for the Clinton White House and Al Gore's 2000 Presidential Campaign. Alex's first feature film, Assisted Living, opened in theatres nationwide in 2005. Alex grew up in Roslyn Heights, NY and is a graduate of Harvard College.

Susan Lee lives in Washington, D.C. and is the Vice President for Economic Policy at the Center for American Progress. Formerly she was a consultant for McKinsey & Company in the New York and D.C. Offices, where she focused on health care and nonprofit work. A lawyer by training, Ms. Lee is a graduate of Harvard Law School. She completed her undergraduate work at Harvard College, where she graduated summa cum laude with a degree in biology. Ms. Lee is originally from Rhode Island.

John Noonan is a Vice President of Product Development at Battersby Capital. Prior to graduate school, John co-founded the Urban Service Project, a pioneering AmeriCorps national service program. John has also served as a staff member on local and national political campaigns. Mr. Noonan is a graduate of Yale Law School, Harvard Business School and Harvard College. He lives in Little Rock.

Daniel Richenthal is a litigation associate at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale & Dorr LLP in New York. Prior to joining WilmerHale, Dan served as a law clerk to Judge Robert D. Sack of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Originally from Chappaqua, New York, he has worked on a number of state and federal Democratic campaigns. He worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company before law school. Dan is a magna cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School, where he won the Sears Prize, and of Amherst College. He lives in New York City.

Joshua I. Rosenstein is a litigation associate at the law firm Goodwin Procter in Washington, D.C.. Before joining Goodwin Procter, Joshua was an associate at the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, LLP. He previously served as a law clerk to the Democratic Staff of the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee. Joshua is also a Fellow of the Ronald H. Brown Foundation Center for Politics and Commercial Diplomacy and has been a member of the Israel Policy Forum Task Force on Middle East Diplomacy. He has volunteered for numerous Democratic candidates for state, local, and federal office, and he is trained in grassroots mobilization and local campaigning. A native of Montreal, Canada, Joshua grew up in Hollywood, Florida, and now lives in Chevy Chase, Maryland. Joshua is a graduate of Columbia College and Yale Law School.

John Sheehan, a Massachusetts native, has worked in professional politics since 2002 and currently serves as CNM's National Research Director. After graduating from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Sheehan worked as a field operative and research coordinator for the Michigan House Democratic Caucus. Shortly after, he signed on with California's Varoga & Rice, heading up research operations for various statewide, federal and big-city mayoral campaigns across the country. He has been with CNM since the 2005 election cycle.

Nathaniel Stinnett lives in Brookline, MA and is an attorney at DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary. He has organized field work and fundraising efforts for numerous local and statewide political campaigns, and has been recognized for his leadership in the field of literacy education for homeless adults. Nathaniel is a graduate of Yale College, New England Conservatory, and Boston College Law School, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Boston College International & Comparative Law Review.
